1. Monthly Subscription
Lead Kinetix is billed as a monthly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring billing.

4. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. After the billing period ends, access to your account, tools, workflows, data, and platform features may be suspended or removed.
5. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is updated. Continued payment failure may result in cancellation or account removal.
6. No Automatic Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments or the current billing period.
7. Account Data
After cancellation, account data may be retained for a limited period for operational, legal, billing, or compliance reasons. We recommend exporting any important business data before cancellation.
