1. Monthly Subscription Payments
Lead Kinetix is a monthly subscription service. Subscription payments provide access to the selected plan and related platform features.
2. No Setup Fee
Lead Kinetix does not charge a setup fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.
3. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes monthly subscription charges, renewal payments, and payments for active access to the system.
4. Cancellation Does Not Create a Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund payments already made.
5. Exceptional Cases
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
You were charged in error
A duplicate payment occurred
A technical billing issue caused an incorrect charge
Refund approval is not guaranteed and is at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
