2. Subscription Plans
Lead Kinetix is offered as a monthly subscription. Available plans, pricing, and included features are displayed on our website or checkout page.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until the subscription is cancelled.
3. No Setup Fee
Lead Kinetix does not charge a setup fee unless explicitly stated on the checkout page. Your subscription gives you access to the plan and features selected at checkout.
4. Account Access
After subscribing, your account may be created automatically and you may receive login or activation instructions by email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Onboarding Information
You may be asked to complete an onboarding form with business details, services, working hours, booking preferences, and other information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Incomplete or inaccurate onboarding information may affect how your system is configured or used.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lead Kinetix to:
Send spam or unlawful communications
Violate privacy, consumer protection, or marketing laws
Upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access
Misrepresent your business or services
Use the system for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Interfere with the platform, infrastructure, or other users
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Reviewing and managing your own leads, customers, appointments, and communications
Ensuring your business complies with applicable laws
Obtaining any required consent before contacting customers
Reviewing automated messages before use
Managing your own subscription and account settings
8. Third-Party Platforms
Lead Kinetix may rely on third-party platforms for payment processing, hosting, CRM, automation, messaging, analytics, or other functions. We are not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Lead Kinetix is designed to help businesses organize leads, automate follow-up, manage bookings, and improve operational consistency. We do not guarantee specific revenue, customer acquisition, ranking, appointment volume, review volume, or business results.
10. Fees and Billing
You agree to pay all subscription fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. If payment fails, access to your account may be suspended or cancelled.
11. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription according to our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.
12. Intellectual Property
Lead Kinetix, including its branding, website content, system structure, templates, workflows, copy, design, and related materials, belongs to Lead Kinetix or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Kinetix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the previous one month.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, misuse the service, or create risk for Lead Kinetix, our systems, or other users.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lead Kinetix after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
